Animal shelter looking for fosters

It’s coming up on the time of year when the Prince William County Animal Shelter will begin to see an influx of young animals, and the shelter needs help taking care of them, said Lt. Pauline Shatswell, of the Prince William Police Department’s Animal Control Bureau. To get the help, people at the shelter are looking to the public to provide foster care.
