LETTER:School start times need to change

My name is Zack Rector. I am a senior at Woodbridge High school and a member of the Boy Scout Troop 1352. The purpose of this letter is to discuss the time switch of high school and elementary start times. I believe that the times should be switched. As of right now, high school morning bell is at 7:30, while elementary schools start 8:45 am. I find this a complete waste of time.
