Needles in the Haymarket

Marti Lawrence, owner of Needles in the Haymarket, understands building a successful business takes time and patience, much like learning how to knit and crochet. Lawrence has owned the Prince William County yarn, thread, and accessories shop for three and a half years after she bought it from the previous owners. She had worked for the previous owners for about six to eight years. “It just ended up being an opportunity at the right time,” Lawrence said when asked why she bought Needles in the Haymarket.
