• Culpeper Regional Health Systen invites you to particiapte in an indoor triathlon – the Tri-ALL-thon -- to help support the American Heart Association. Individuals of all fitness levels, age 10 and older are welcome. The 65-minute event includes 12 minutes swimming or walking in the pool, 10 minute transition, 20 minutes riding an indoor bike, five-minute transition and 15 minutes running/walking on a treadmill.
