Culpeper Middle schooler earns recognition in Richmond

At an award ceremony held within a Virginia Municipal League meeting in Richmond last Thursday Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe addressed a large crowd. The governor spoke briefly about education, a recently submitted state budget and employment numbers before he recognized eight young essay writers from across Virginia. One essay winner was selected from eight districts within the state.
