Please Take Notice that the Council for the Town of Dumfries wishes to establish rules and regulations that govern individuals and corporations who solicit, sale or otherwise transact business involving the exchange of goods and services on public property located within the Town of Dumfries. Town Council of the Town of Dumfries has determined that the unregulated sale of goods and services by vendors on public property located within the Town of Dumfries may adversely affect the orderly operation of said public property as well as town-sponsored events that occur within the public parks.
All supporting material is available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk at 17755 Main Street, Dumfries, Virginia 22026 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM; M-F.
