Surrounded by members of the Prince William Times and Gainesville Times staff, Del. Rich Anderson, Times Community Media President Peter Arundel and Prince William Chamber President Rob Clapper cut a newspaper-laden ribbon to officially launch the Prince William Times last Thursday. The weekly newspaper published its first issue earlier this month as central and eastern Prince William County's official paper of record. The Gainesville Times has served a similar role in the western part of the county since 2001.
