Residential Burglary *ARREST – On December 14th, detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to identify the suspect involved in the burglary reported in the 15000 block of Illinois Rd in Woodbridge on December 11th. The suspect was identified as the accused, a juvenile acquaintance of the homeowner. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
Arrested on December 14th: (Juvenile)
A 17 year old male of Woodbridge
Charged with burglary and grand larceny
Court date unavailable, held at a Juvenile Detention Facility

Residential Burglary (Previously Released) – On December 11th at 8:26PM, police responded to the 15000 block of Illinois Rd in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00AM and 9:30PM on November 30th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A gaming console and accessories, miscellaneous clothes, shoes and jewelry, valued around $6,700, were reported missing.


**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding |Strong Armed Robbery – On December 16th at 10:53PM, police responded to the 7500 block of Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) for a robbery. The victims, a 29 year old man of Manassas and a 27 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when 2 vehicles stopped near them. Two men exited both vehicles (4 suspect’s total) and approached the victims. The men assaulted both victims and took property, including a cell phone and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, before getting back into their vehicles and fleeing the area. Both victims were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One of the victims was able to identify one of the assailants. Following an investigation, detectives obtained warrants against that suspect. Detectives are still working to identify the other assailants involved in this incident. Investigation continues.

Described as a black male, 6’0”, 230lbs, heavy build with short black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for 2 counts of robbery, malicious wounding, malicious wounding by mob, assault & battery by mob and assault & battery

Lookout:
3 remaining assailants were described as black males, between 25 & 30 years of age, with medium to heavy builds
No clothing descriptions available

Vehicle Lookouts:
A newer model, dark colored SUV and a dark colored 4-door sedan

Burglary while Armed – On December 15th at 11:31PM, police responded to the 3600 block of Jergensen Dr in Triangle for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he heard a knock at his front door and, as the homeowner opened the door, 3 unknown men forced their way inside the residence. One of the men was armed with a handgun while another was armed with a knife. The men searched the residence and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, 2 firearms, 2 gaming consoles and other items, valued around $2,000, before fleeing the residence. No injuries were reported.

3 black males, all reported to be between 23 & 28 years of age, 6’0”, 180lbs, with thin builds

Strong Armed Robbery – On December 15th at 8:00PM, police responded to the 5800 block of Kittewan Ct in Manassas (20112) for a robbery which was reported to have occurred on December 14th at 9:30PM. The victim, a17 year old male of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking home when he was approached by 3 unknown men. The men assaulted the victim, knocking him to the ground, before taking his cell phone, wallet, watch and baseball cap and fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported.

3 black males—
1st male was between 16 & 17 years of age, 6’1”, 150lbs, thin build with short, black dreadlocks
Last seen wearing a puffy black and red vest and black hooded sweatshirt

2nd male was between 18 & 19 years of age, 6’0”, 165lbs, thin build with short black hair
Last seen wearing a black leather jacket with 2 white stripes and blue jeans

3rd male was between 17 & 18 years of age, 6’0”, 160lbs, thin build with short black hair
Last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and jeans

Strong Armed Robbery – On December 14th at 9:54PM, police responded to the 1400 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 37 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in the area above with an unknown woman when an unknown vehicle approached. The vehicle was occupied by 3 unknown men. The men approached the victim and assaulted him before taking his cell phone and fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported. The unknown woman also fled with the men and may have been connected to the robbery. The victim was only able to describe one of the assailants and the female. Investigation continues.

2 remaining assailants were described as black males, no further description available

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On December 15th at 5:29PM, police responded to the 14100 block of Doris Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a shooting call. Homeowner reported to police that she was in her kitchen when she heard a breaking noise coming from another area of the home. Upon checking the residence, the homeowner discovered a bedroom window damaged. No injuries were reported.


Residential Burglary – On December 16th at 8:45PM, police responded to the 4700 block of Korvett Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM and 8:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a glass door which had been broken out. A handgun and shoes, valued around $650, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On December 16th at 3:51AM, police responded to the Dominion Electric building located at 7475 Mason King Ct in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM on December 14th and 3:46AM on December 16th. Entry appeared to have been made through a large glass window which had been broken out. Copper wiring, valued around $7,000, was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Rape – On December 16th at 12:55AM, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the 15100 block of Catalpa Ct in Woodbridge (22193). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 22 year old woman of Fredericksburg, met the accused online and was at his residence in the above area that evening. While at his residence, the accused raped the victim. After the encounter, the victim went to a nearby fire station where police were contacted. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond

Armed Robbery – On December 16th at 10:49AM, police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 10610 Automotive Dr in Manassas (20109) for a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the hotel and approached the counter. Once there, the man implied he had a weapon and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. Officers were able to locate the man nearby where he was arrested without incident. No injuries were reported.
