Murder *SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED – On January 17th, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau identified 2 suspects involved in the homicide from which was reported to have occurred in the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries earlier that morning.

Murder *SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED – On January 17th, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau identified 2 suspects involved in the homicide from which was reported to have occurred in the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries earlier that morning. The investigation revealed that both suspects were involved in the killing of the victim following a previous encounter. The 2 suspects knew the victim and there is believed to be a third male, not identified. Through an extensive investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the 2 known suspects, as well as, executed multiple search warrants at 17675 Washington St #’s 204 and 101. The suspects were not located and remain wanted. Detectives are still working to locate these suspects and identify the third man involved. This case has been classified as a murder. The investigation continues.

Christopher Jonathon TOLLIVER, 27, of Dumfries
Described as a black male, 5’07”, 150lbs, with black hair and brown eyes
*Maybe driving a Red Chevrolet Cruz with unknown Maryland license plates
Wanted for 1st degree murder

Douglas Jason TOLLIVER, 29, of Dumfries
Described as a black male, 5’06”, 150lbs, with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for 1st degree murder

Identified:
The victim has been identified as Tasheka Lashon LEAVELL, 35, of Dumfries

Homicide Investigation (Previously Released) – On January 17th at 3:26AM, police responded to the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries (22026) for a shooting. Caller reported to police that gunshots were heard at an address in the above area. Officers arrived and discovered the victim, an adult female, suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Rescue personnel responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding | Strong Armed Robbery – On January 16th at 12:22AM, police responded to the 7200 block of Ridgeway Dr in Manassas (20112) for an assault. The victim, a 19 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when a vehicle approached and intentionally struck him. After striking the victim, 2 unknown men exited the vehicle and began to physically assault the victim. The men took the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the area in the vehicle. The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

2 white males—
1st male was between 18 & 25 years of age, 6’0”, 220lbs

2nd male was between 18 & 20 years of age, 5’9”, 170lbs

Vehicle Lookout:
Older model, possibly mid-90’s model, red Ford pick-up truck
*Truck should have damage to the passenger side mirror from impact

Residential Burglary – On January 17th at 1:23PM, police responded to the 12300 block of Antietam Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on January 11th and 11:00AM on January 17th. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door which had been forced open. A laptop, 2 TV’s, gaming console and cell phone, valued around $3,700, were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Armed Robbery – On January 18th at 1:53PM, police responded to the 11200 of Ramrod Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. The victim, a 22 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was near his residence in the above area when he was robbed at gunpoint by the accused, a known acquaintance. The accused took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the victim before fleeing in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. Officers eventually located the accused at an address on Mayflower Dr where he was arrested without incident.

Breon Willie BURNS, 23, of Woodbridge
Charged with robbery, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
