To consider a special use permit application from Liberia Investments LLC to allow a Commercial Amusement Facility at 9676 and 9684 Liberia Avenue. The site is located in the Shops at Signal Hill Shopping Center. The subject parcel is located on the west side of Liberia Avenue, approximately 300 feet south of intersection with Signal Hill Road. The parcel is zoned B-4, General Commercial and designated GC, General Commercial in the City of Manassas Comprehensive Plan and is located in Study Area 3, Liberia Avenue. The parcel is further identified as Tax Map Number
100-01-00-178B1.
This meeting is being held at 9027 Center Street, in a public facility believed to be accessible to persons with disabilities. Any person with questions on the accessibility of the facility should contact the City Clerk at the above address or by telephone at 703/257-8280.
