- The Prince William County Human Rights Commission invites the public to celebrate Universal Human Rights Day on Jan. 19. A ceremony and awards breakfast will be held in the McCoart Building atrium at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend.

The Prince William County Human Rights Commission invites the public to celebrate Universal Human Rights Day on Jan. 19.
A ceremony and awards breakfast will be held in the McCoart Building atrium at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
The Human Rights Awards will be given to local residents who have made contributions to human and civil rights throughout the year. The public is invited to attend.
