Dove graduates from Army helicopter school

Warrant Officer Kevin Joseph Dove (WO1) of Haymarket, was recently honored as a distinguished graduate of the Army Helicopter School at Fort Rucker, Ala. Dove and his wife Emily, of Manassas, are both graduates of Stonewall Jackson High School and George Mason University. His grandfather, retired Air Force Col. Ed Horan of Haymarket, pinned on Dove’s pilot wings at the ceremony.

Warrant Officer Kevin Joseph Dove (WO1) of Haymarket, was recently honored as a distinguished graduate of the Army Helicopter School at Fort Rucker, Ala.
Dove and his wife Emily, of Manassas, are both graduates of Stonewall Jackson High School and George Mason University.
His grandfather, retired Air Force Col. Ed Horan of Haymarket, pinned on Dove’s pilot wings at the ceremony.
His mother and his brother Max, a Battlefield High School graduate and now a senior and pilot at Emery Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, attended the ceremony, along with Emily’s parents, Mike and Luann Slough of Manassas.
Dove’s next flying duty station will be Fort Bragg, N.C. Before entering the Army, he was an active officer at the Nokesville/Bristow volunteer fire stations.
