TO: Unknown Heirs of Munday Thomas, Emma Thomas Settle, Emma Francis Settle, Joseph Settle, James L. Settle, and George H. Settle, if any there be, Parties Unknown:
The object of this suit is to quiet title to and establish title in the plaintiffs to a certain 5.83 acre parcel of land in Jefferson Magisterial District, designated as Culpeper County Tax Map Parcel 15-47, on State Route 624 (Oak Shade Road), which was devised to Munday Thomas in 1888 by Maria L. When a snow emergency is in effect, vehicles must be removed from snow emergency routes.

Snow emergency routes include:
Market Street, from Fairview Street to the Route 15 Bypass;
King Street from north of Union Street to Country Club Drive; and
Loudoun Street, from Liberty Street to Harrison Street.

The Town of Leesburg Public Works Division is responsible for snow removal from public streets throughout town.
Town crews work 12 hour shifts 24 hours a day as long as necessary
to clear streets as quickly as possible.
Crews will salt and/or sand snow emergency routes and other primary
roads first, (main roads into subdivisions), followed by side streets.
Plowing is also performed on a priority basis, with snow emergency
routes and primary roads receiving attention first.
Until plowing is completed, citizens are urged not to use streets unless
absolutely necessary.

Snow from private property, driveways and parking areas
must NOT be pushed into the town‘s right-of-way.

Property owners or occupants are required to remove snowfrom the sidewalk adjoining their property within 24 hours of a snowfall.

If ice is present and cannot be removed, it should be covered with sand, kitty litter, ashes or other substance that will allow safe passage.

Helpful hints for Residents: Please remove all trash cans, basketball hoops, trailers and other personal property or vehicles from the sidewalks and roadways to provide ample space for the snow plowing equipment to enable the proper removal of the snow.

Sleds are not permitted on public streets.

For more information on snow emergencies, please call the
Leesburg Public Works - Street Division at 703-737-7070 or
visit our web site for more information; www.leesburgva.gov
