Robert L. Welch Robert L.Bobby Welch, 66, of Richmond, VA, formerly of Flint Hill, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013, in Richmond. A funeral service was held Saturday January 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal, VA, conducted by Bill Welch. Burial followed in Flint Hill Cemetery. Mr. Welch was born December 21, 1946, in Front Royal, son of the late Robert E. and Cornelia Williams Welch. Surviving are his loving family members.
