Hattie Lynn Ketterman Curtis

Hattie Lynn Ketterman Curtis

On 4/10/13 we released Hattie Lynn Ketterman Curtis to her Lord and Savior. Born in Leesburg, Virginia, December 30, 1985 as the third of six daughters to Daniel R. Ketterman and Tamara Ardinia Cockrill Ketterman, Hattie lived a vibrant life that was cut short by cancer. At the age of 8, Hattie accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, and lived her earthly life faithfully. Hattie was known as an always gracious, never-judging giver who always looked at the best in everyone. Hattie grew up in Loudoun County and was an active exhibitor in 4-H equine activities at the local and state levels. Hattie married her sweetheart and high-school crush, Joshua Gabriel Curtis, who was faithful and at her side until she passed. The couple resided in Berryville. Hattie obtained her associates degree after studying at the Northern Virginia Community College. Hattie was a vital part of the management and purchasing team at the family business, Ketterman's Jewelers, Inc., in Leesburg. Always kind and forgiving, Hattie was resilient, hopeful, and determined. Hattie is survived by her loving husband, Josh, parents, Daniel and Tamara Ketterman, and siblings, Jacklyn Ardinia Ketterman McClintic, Richlyn Saville Ketterman Norman, Katelyn Davis Ketterman Cockerill, Dillyn Riley Ketterman, and Ellyn Haley Ketterman.
