Constance J. Breeden Constance J. Breeden, 78, of Taylorstown, died January 8, 2012 in Leesburg, VA. She was born on June 16, 1934 in Conshohocken, PA., the daughter of Frances Michael Dempsey and Sarah Rowan Dempsey. She retired after 30 years with Loudoun County Schools. She is survived by 2 daughters, Emilie J. Towe of Purcellville, VA, Diane Blosser of Hanover, VA; a son Michael Breeden of Taylorstown, VA.; seven grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation was held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 11-12:00 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, 13266 Taylorstown Road, Leesburg, VA 20176. Services began at 12:00 p.m. Burial followed at 2:00 p.m. at Hillsboro Cemetery, Hillsboro, VA.
