The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 6:00 PM to be held in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, S.E. Notification of 2015 Personal Property Filing requirements has recently been mailed to all owners of record in order to establish accurate assessment information for the 2015 calendar year. Instead of completing and mailing a form, changes should be reported online at:

A filing notification with instructions about online filing has been mailed to each household of record. The notification will indicate whether a filing is required or is optional for any personal property owned in Loudoun County based on the property type, the date the property was located in Loudoun, and whether a filing was previously made on the property.
Online filing replaces the need to complete and return by mail a form for each automobile, truck, motorcycle, camper, trailer, boat, motor home, aircraft, or mobile home that you own.
Unless otherwise instructed, please report corrections, unusually high mileage, address changes or the sale, move or disposal of property by February 1, 2015 online at:

Since the filing deadline is on a weekend this year, the due date is extended to the next business day.

Sealed bids for construction of the New Baldwin Elementary & Intermediate School, will be received at the office of the Manassas City Public Schools, 8700 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Manassas, VA 20110 until 2:00 p.m., our clock, February 19, 2015. Public opening shortly thereafter.

THIS IS A REBID. To view the complete IFB and obtain documents, follow the instructions below.

The Work consists of the following: the construction of an approximately 140,000 square foot steel frame and masonry structure with masonry exterior and roofing systems as indicated, breezeway, and site improvements. Interior finishes, casework, systems, utilities, and miscellaneous sitework are also included.

Pre-bid conference: February 3, 2015 at 11:00 am at the site: 9000 Tudor Lane, Manassas, VA 20110. If there is inclement weather, the meeting will be held at Osbourn High School, 2nd floor conference room, 9005 Tudor Lane, Manassas, VA 20110. Vendors must check in at the receptionist.
