The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems will conduct an accreditation site visit of:
PHI Air Medical, LLC
On December 3 - 4, 2014
The purpose of the site visit will be to evaluate the programs compliance with nationally established medical transport standards. The site visit results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which accreditation should be awarded to the program.
CAMTS accreditation standards deal with issues of patient care and safety of the transport environment. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent or valid information about such matters may request a public information interview with the CAMTS site surveyors at the time of the site visit. Information presented at the interview will be carefully evaluated for relevance to the accreditation process. Requests for public information interviews must be made in writing and sent to CAMTS no later than 5 business days before the site survey begins. The request should also indicate the nature of the information to be provided during the interview. Such requests should be addressed to:

Property Owners regarding the
Land Use Assessment
program from

Commissioner of the Revenue
The Land Use Assessment program provides for the deferral of real estate taxes on property that meets certain agricultural, horticultural, forestry, or open space use criteria.
Real property owners who wish to apply for land use assessment for the first time in tax year 2015 must submit to my office an application along with the required fee by the filing deadline.
Owners of real property currently enrolled in the land use assessment program must renew their land use status every sixth year, by submitting a renewal form along with documentation corroborating the qualifying land use along with the required fee by the filing deadline.
Please visit our website or contact my office for information or filing assistance.
An additional deferral of taxes is available to current program participants if they sign and record an agreement to keep the property in its qualifying use for more than 5 but not exceeding 20 years. The commitment must be filed with my office by November 3, 2014 and recorded in the Loudoun County Clerk of the Circuit Courts office by December 31, 2014.
Deadlines
First-time Land Use applications and Renewal applications* must be submitted to the Commissioner of the Revenue by November 3rd, 2014. Applications submitted after the deadline - November 4, 2014 through December 5, 2014 are subject to a $300 per parcel late filing fee along with the standard filing fee. No first-time applications or renewal applications will be accepted after the December 5th deadline.
