Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for the Unincorporated Areas of Fauquier County, Virginia, Case No. 15-03-0741P. The Department of Homeland Securitys Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS report have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These determinations are the basis for the floodplain management measures that your community is required to adopt or show evidence of having in effect to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program. 2016 TAX EXEMPTION INFORMATION

Pursuant to Section 58.1-3604 of the Code of Virginia, the Loudoun County Commissioner of the Revenue has determined that the 2016 aggregate assessed value of all real property exempted from taxation under §§ 58.1-3607 and 58.1-3608, and Articles 3, 4 and 5 of Chapter 36 of Title 58.1 of this title is $6,257,253,650.This aggregate assessed value represents 8.1 percent of all real property assessed in the County.
The total reduction in tax revenues resulting from such exemptions is $73,209,868 based on the proposed tax rate of $1.17 per $100 of assessed value.
