Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 18 Court Street, Warrenton, Virginia, on the following item:
Ordinance 2016-06 - Water & Sewer Availability Fees. This is an amendment to Sections 17-69 and 17-182 of the Town Code establishing a minimum rate of three (3) times the in-town availability fees for requested water and sewer service to properties outside of Town and outside of the Area defined in the Town of Warrenton - Fauquier County Master Water and Sewer Service Agreement, as amended October 2015. The rates for in-town availability fees may be amended by Town Council from time to time, and are currently as follows:
