The Voter Registration Office located at 750 Miller Drive, SE, Suite C, Leesburg, Virginia is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and will also be open on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for absentee voting.

ALL POLLING PLACES WILL OPEN AT 6:00 A.M. AND CLOSE AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2014.

Anyone whom will be working and commuting to and from home for 11 or more hours between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. can also vote by absentee ballot.

TOWN OF MIDDLEBURG, VIRGINIA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Thursday, the 23rd day of October, 2014, the Council of the Town of Middleburg, Virginia (the ”Town), will hold a public hearing on the proposed issuance of bonds of the Town in the estimated maximum principal amount of $1,500,000 to finance various capital expenditures for utility system purposes, including, without limitation, waterline replacements and pumping station improvements. Such bonds shall be general obligations of the Town for the payment of which the Towns full faith and credit shall be irrevocably pledged.The net revenues of the Towns water and sewer systems may also be pledged to the repayment of such bonds.
The public hearing will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 10 West Marshall Street, Middleburg, Virginia 20117. Interested persons may appear at such time and place and present their views.
