The Trustee expressly reserves the right to waive the deposit requirement, to keep the bidding open for any length of time, to determine the order of sale at the time of sale, to withdraw the property from sale at any time prior to termination of the bidding, to reject all bids, to adjourn the sale from time to time by announcement at the time and place appointed for such sale and without further notice or publication may make such sale at the time and place to which the same shall be so adjourned and to extend the time within which the purchaser is to make full settlement.
