This sale is subject to the restrictions, rights of way, conditions, easements, and mechanics liens, if any, whether of record or not of record, to the extent any of the foregoing apply and take priority over the lien of the Deed of Trust.
Deposit of $20,000.00 by cashiers check shall be required to qualify as a bidder prior to the sale, except from the Noteholder.
The deposit, without interest, is applied to the purchase price at settlement.Settlement will be held on or before fifteen (15) days after sale; time being of the essence. Upon purchasers default, the deposit shall be forfeited and the property shall be resold at the risk and costs of the defaulting purchaser.
The balance of the purchase price shall be in cash or its equivalent.Settlement shall be at the offices of the Substitute Trustees or other mutually agreed location. The sale is subject to such additional terms as the Substitute Trustees may announce at the time of sale. The purchaser will be required to sign a Memorandum of Sale incorporating all the terms of the sale.

The Fauquier County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the following on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, in the Warren Green Building first floor meeting room at 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, VA 20186:

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 8 OF THE COUNTY CODE - A public hearing to consider amendments to Chapter 8 of the County Code which would expand existing Tourism Zones established within the Countys Service Districts to include a 1.75 mile buffer on either side of major roads, including Interstate 66, Route 50, Route 17, Route 55, Routes 29/15, Route 211, Route 28, Route 688, Route 687, Route 802, Route 635, and Route 616. The tourism zone ordinance authorizes the Board of Supervisors to grant property tax and other incentives to qualifying tourism enterprises. (Miles Freidman, Staff)
2. A PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE COMMUNITY DEVELOP MENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROPOSAL TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE VIRGINIADEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A MICROENTERPRISE LOAN PROGRAM - The County is interested in obtaining a Community Development Block Grant to establish a microenter prise loan program which will grant loans of up to $35,000 to small businesses and start-upenterprises which cannot normally access bank loans.All funding for this program will be through the block grant and People Incorporated, Fauquier Countys community actionagency.
