Community Prayer

People are invited to join others to pray for requests that have been given to the SCSM Center via e-mail, snail mail, telephone or verbally. Non-denominational and free.

Coffee and Conversation

A place for those who are discouraged from illness, bereavement, care-giving or a family member of a loved one deployed in the military. Come have a cup of coffee, tea, light refreshments and a place to sit and chat. Non-denominational and free.

Bereaved Parent Support

One-on-one counseling with Jo Ballengee. Non-denominational and free. Call for information and directions.

Chronically Ill Support Groups

Weekly opportunities for those who are chronically ill to come together for food, fellowship and encouragement. Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Sponsored by Spiritual Care Support Ministries. Non-denominational and free.

Spiritual Care Support Ministries Office

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2:30 pm. Providing support, education and a Biblical perspective to those who are ill, dying, grieving and experiencing personal loss. Open Saturdays when necessary for other appointments and seminars. All services are free.

New Inspirational Study: When Women Want to Rest

This study will help you seek God as your secret place of rest, help you focus on things that matter, surrender the need to succeed, find refuge in God's Word and return to the joy of simple pleasures. Bereavement Support

Weekly seminars and support groups for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them. It is a place to meet with other people who are feeling the emotions of grief. Non-denominational and free. Tuesday evenings 7:30-9 pm and Wednesday mornings 10:30 am to noon. Teens and adults are welcome. Call for information and directions.

Spouse Loss Support Group

Weekly support group discusses topics of interest to those who have lost a spouse. Facilitated by Vickie Richey. Non-denominational and free. Call for information and directions.
