Madison Grove Road to stay open

- A divided Culpeper Town Council Tuesday night voted 5-4 to keep the intersection of Burgandine Avenue and Ira Hoffman Lane in the Madison Grove subdivision open to through traffic, but future changes may be made to traffic configuration with the subdivision when the town council holds a special meeting next Wednesday.
