Federal judge dismisses some defendants in jail death suit

Culpeper Police Make Arrest in Arby’s Burglary

- The Culpeper Police Department would like to announce the arrest of Therdous R. Dinkins, age 54, of the 1000 block of Nottingham Street in Culpeper. Mr. Dinkins was arrested for the night-time burglary of the Arby’s Restaurant, located in the Dominion Square Shopping Center that occurred on July 17, 2015.
