- UPDATE: At 9:10 this morning, Judge Susan Whitglock denied the motion for a mistrial for Daniel Harmon-Wright. The trial has now moved to its sentencing phase.
Daniel Harmon-Wright was found guilty on three counts Tuesday afternoon in the fatal shooting of Patricia Cook on Feb. 9, 2012. Scheduled to reconvene for the sentencing portion Wednesday, alleged jury misconduct has defense attorney Daniel Hawes calling for a mistrial.
