General Assembly delays decision school grading

- The House Education Committee approved a bill delaying the implementation of a new grading system for schools this past week.

Culpeper County High School Assistant Swim Coach John Trout is bursting with Blue Devil pride. One of his swimmers, junior Mason Azais, is proof of what a season of working hard can accomplish. Mason placed 6th in the 200 yard individual medley (IM) with a time of 2:02.37 and he placed 5th in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:01.80 at Friday’s VHSL 3A State Swimming Championship at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center (CAC).
