- Former Culpeper Young Life Leader Jeff Stables sent an email out March 19th that shocked friends around the world. Culpeper area churches, across denomination, mentioned the email during worship services. The news became the basis for more than one sermon in the weeks that followed.

Public street: To close or not to close
