Culpeper Town Council approves water access and water supply

- In a short meeting Tuesday night, Culpeper Town Council unanimously approved spending money for a new boat ramp access to Lake Pelham, with a provision that a road access easement is acquired, and approved acquisition of two well sites to supplement the town’s water supply.
