Town planning commission recommends car wash expansion

- Despite neighborhood concerns about noise, traffic and light shining in windows, the Town of Culpeper Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the expansion of a Culpeper car wash from two bays to four at its regular meeting Tuesday.
