- This year's Fourth of July Grand Marshals were announced Friday morning at, what has become, an annual breakfast at Pepper's Grill. Festival Committee Chairperson Marlys Houston sporting a red, white and blue ensemble beamed as she welcomed R.E Deane and his wife, Pat, to the podium.
