Four Culpeper adults charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors

Wed., Oct. 24 - Four adults are facing charges for contributing to the delinquency of minors after providing alcohol to juveniles and allowing them to smoke marijuana earlier this month. One of those is 47-year-old Diana L. Walker of Richardsville.
