REGIONAL SUCCESS: The Culpeper County High School Scholastic Bowl team took third place recently in Region I competition, beating Battlefield District champion Spotsylvania County High School and finishing behind only New Kent and Grafton high schools. - A recent popular television show asked the question, “Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?” A panel of fifth-graders then took on an adult guest with the usual end result being that the kids won.
