Culpeper: Snow Emergency Route in effect 10 p.m. Sunday

- With another significant snow storm predicted, Culpeper Town Manager Dewey Cashwell will activate, at 10 p.m. Sunday, the town’s Snow Emergency Route plan that prohibits parking and abandoning vehicles on specifically named roads and streets in town.

Morgan Brown Crowned 2014 Miss EVHS

Roses and tiaras fit well on this year's Miss EVHS winners. Morgan Brown (center) took first place and a $2,000 scholarship. Rachel Brakowiecki (left) earned second place and a $750 scholarship.
