This notice is to inform the owner and any person having a security interest in their right to reclaim the motor vehicle herein described within 15 days after the date of storage charges resulting from placing the vehicle in custody, and the failure of the owner or persons having security interests to exercise their right to reclaim the vehicle within the time provided shall be deemed a waiver by the owner, and all persons having security interests of all right, title and interest in the vehicle, and consent to the sale of the abandoned motor vehicle at a public auction.

This notice shall also advise the owner of record of his or her right to contest the determination by the Sheriff that the motor vehicle was ”abandoned, as provided in Chapter 630.08 of the Loudoun County Ordinance, by requesting a hearing before the County Administrator in writing. Such written request for a hearing must be made within 15 days of the notice.

New Baldwin Elementary and Intermediate School

To consider an application from the Manassas School District to rezone approximately 12.76 acres of land from R-2-S, Small Lots, Single-Family Residential District, to B-3.5, City Center Transitional District with Proffers, located at 9000 Tudor Lane. In addition, the applicant filed for a Special Use Permit for a public use to construct a new intermediate school and to relocate the Baldwin Elementary School adjacent to Tudor Lane. The proposal will house both schools within the same facility. Sports facilities are proposed adjacent to the new school facility and at the current location of Baldwin Elementary on Main Street. Appeal of a Decision by the Architectural Review Board
ARB #2014-40: Mergler Residence

To consider an appeal by Rod and Leigh Mergler of a decision by the City of Manassas Architectural Review Board to deny the replacement of all windows on the home with premium double hung wood windows with simulated divided lights to maintain the connection to the original window massing. The house is located at 8902 Center Street at the intersection of Center Street and Maple Street. The Tax Map Number of the property is 100-01-00-32. AT&T intends to file an application to construct a cellular telecommunications tower at 14681 Lee Highway, Gainesville, Prince William County, Virginia.
