Delivery of physical possession of the Property will not be performed by the Substitute Trustee but will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.

KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of Haymarket, Virginia, will hold a hearing on Monday, June 27, 2013, 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of Haymarket, 15000 Washington Street, Suite 100, Haymarket, Virginia to receive public input on an agreement with Prince William County authorizing a boundary line adjustment to the corporate boundary line of the Town of Haymarket to bring approximately 2.0783 acres of a 8.8353 parcel identified as GPIN 7397-19-1734, Pace West School Property, into the Town. The subject property is located north of Washington Street / John Marshall Highway (Route 55) and east of Bleight Drive.
The plat and property description of the proposed boundary line adjustment is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerks Office of the Town of Haymarket, 15000 Washington Street, Suite 100, Haymarket, Virginia 20169 immediately upon the advertising of this notice.
All are invited to attend the public hearing at the time and place aforesaid and present their views. The hearing is being held in a public facility believed to be accessible to persons with disabilities.
