The object of this suit is a:

Permanency planning hearing and review of Foster Care Plan with goal of adoption,pursuant to Virginia Code §§ 16.1-282.1 and 16.1-281 forMadison Peters (hereafter ”Madison) and Caleb Staples (hereafter ”Caleb") and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights of Caitlin Palacios, mother of Madison and Caleb, and Jeremy Peters, father of Madison only, pursuant to Virginia Code § 16.1-283 for Madison and Caleb. Caitlin Palacios, mother of Madison and Caleb, and Jeremy Peters, father of Madison only, are hereby notified that failure to appear on the hereinafter notice date and time may result in the entry of an Order approving a permanency goal of adoption as well as the termination of their residual parental rights with respect to Madison and Caleb. Caitlin Palacios, mother of Madison and Caleb, and Jeremy Peters, father of Madison only, are hereby further notified that if their residual parental rights are terminated, they will no longer have any legal rights with respect to said minor child(ren), including, but not limited to, the right to visit Madison and Caleb; any authority with respect to the care and supervision of Madison and Caleb; or the right to make health related decisions or determine the religious affiliation of Madison and Caleb. Further, Caitlin Palacios, mother of Madison and Caleb, and Jeremy Peters, father of Madison only, will have no legal and/or financial obligations with respect to Madison and Caleb, and the Department of Family Services of Loudoun County, Virginia may be granted the authority to place Madison and Caleb for adoption and consent to the adoption of Madison and Caleb.

It is ORDERED that the defendants Caitlin Palacios, mother of Madison and Caleb, and Jeremy Peters, father of Madison only, appear at the above-named Court and protect their interests on or before January 13, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
