TERMS OF SALE: Cash.SETTLEMENT: within thirty (30) days of sale. Time is of the essence as of the date of settlement. A cash bidders deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the successful bid shall be required from the successful bidder at time of sale and must be in the form of cash, cashiers check or certified check; no personal checks will be accepted. Failure to close within thirty (30) days of sale will result in purchasers default. AND FY2016 CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET PRIORITY LIST

In accordance with Section 33.2-331 of the Code of Virginia, the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LOUDOUN COUNTY and the VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION will jointly hold a combined PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, County Government Center, 1 Harrison Street, S.E., Leesburg, Virginia, to consider adoption of the FY2016 - FY2021 Secondary Road Six-Year Plan and the FY2016 Construction Improvement Budget Priority List developed for the secondary roads in Loudoun County.

All projects in the Secondary Six-Year Plan that are eligible for federal funds will be included in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which documents how Virginia will obligate federal transportation funds.

Citizens are invited to be present and express their views regarding the above mentioned documents.

VDOT ensures nondiscrimination in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
