The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all landscaping needs for the Town based upon the Scope of Work provided. The selected contractor will be asked to enter into a long term partnership with the Town of Haymarket and will work hand and hand to make the Town stand out for its care and upkeep of Town maintained properties.

To remove Section 32-250.71, which requires all utilities serving a new use to be placed underground, from the Prince William County Zoning Ordinance and be placed in Section 125.01 of the Design and Constructions Standards Manual. The proposed text amendments eliminate content-based regulations in order to comply with recent court cases. In connection with the text amendments, the Town proposes to adopt a Sign Area map that divides the Town into a Gateway Sign Area, a Core Sign Area, and a Residential Sign Area. The Sign Area map does not affect general usage, density range, or use classification of any parcel.
