Project-Based Vouchers Proposals
The Loudoun County Department of Family Services is accepting proposals from the owners of rental property to contract with the County for Project Based Vouchers (PBV).
Successful proposals must provide fully accessible and Section 504 compliant housing units; and/or studio units; and/or 1 bedroom units. Proposals will be evaluated based on owner experience and capability to manage or build rental housing as identified in the proposal on a first-come, first-served basis. DFS reserves the right to not award PBV.

In accordance with 9 VAC 20-81-410.A.3 of the Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulations (VSWMR), Fauquier County is initiating a Public Comment period from June 1-30, 2016, and holding a Public Meeting on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Fauquier County Department of Environmental Services, 6438 College Street, Warrenton Virginia 20187.
The Transfer Station will be located at the adjacent Corral Farm facility, 8499 Bingham Road, Warrenton VA 20187. The Transfer Station is eligible for a permit-by-rule, as defined by 9 VAC 20-81-410 of the VSWMR, and will be constructed and operated under 9 VAC 20-81-330 and 340, respectively of the VSWMR.
The purpose of the public participation meeting is to acquaint the public with the technical and regulatory aspects of the Transfer Station. Specifically, how the standards and requirements of 9 VAC 20-81-330 and 340 will be met, to identify issues of concern, to facilitate communication, and to establish a dialogue between the permittee and persons who may be affected by the facility.
Project documents are available to review by appointment at the Fauquier County Department of Environmental Services, 6438 College Street, Warrenton Virginia 20187. Persons interested in reviewing facility plans and discussing the project are encouraged to contact Michael T.
