The Loudoun County Department of Family Services is accepting proposals from the owners of rental property to contract with the County for Project Based Vouchers (PBV).
Successful proposals must provide fully accessible and Section 504 compliant housing units; and/or studio units; and/or 1 bedroom units. Proposals will be evaluated based on owner experience and capability to manage or build rental housing as identified in the proposal on a first-come, first-served basis. DFS reserves the right to not award PBV.

The Transfer Station will be located at the adjacent Corral Farm facility, 8499 Bingham Road, Warrenton VA 20187. The Transfer Station is eligible for a permit-by-rule, as defined by 9 VAC 20-81-410 of the VSWMR, and will be constructed and operated under 9 VAC 20-81-330 and 340, respectively of the VSWMR.

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Chapter 5, Article IV of the Prince William County Code, the

Code Official has determined the structure located on the property at 7112 TOKEN VALLEY ROAD, MANASSAS VA 20112 to be an Unsafe Structure.

The following conditions on the above-referenced property constitute a danger to the public health or safety:

YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED to take the following corrective action by: 06/08/2016

PERMANENTLY SECURE STRUCTURE
AGAINST PUBLIC ENTRY

The Code Official has determined that the structure poses a significant threat to public safety.

Your failure to secure the structure by the compliance deadline as ordered above may result in the County taking action to prevent unauthorized access and/or to repair or demolish the structure and the costs or expenses thereof shall be chargeable to you, and may be assessed as a lien against your property to rank on a parity with tax liens and enforceable in the same manner.

Failure to comply with the terms of this Order within the allotted time may result in a civil penalty of $1,000.00.
