Jockey Club name Volcano, now Abbey Road ”Roadie, is a 2003 17.1 hand OTTB by Devils Bag out of Volunteer.
He has been in professional dressage training at Britta Johnston International Sport Horses, LLC since August. He is ready to start competing at first level with the potential to make it to Prix St. George. He is registered for the Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) and ready to start collecting points. Price will go up as he starts competing.
Roadie loves working and is an exceptional mover. He would be best suited to an advanced rider who wants to move up the levels in dressage.
Up to date on all vaccines, coggins and just had teeth floated last month. All of Roadies tack, blankets, show halter ect. come with him for no extra charge. He is currently barefoot (as pictured.)

4. The balance of the purchase price shall be tendered to IRS PALS by the successful bidder within sixty (60) days following the date of the sale in a form of cashiers check payable to the Clerk, United States District Court for the Easter District of Virginia. If thebidder fails to fulfill this requirement or any other deposit requirement, the deposit shall be forfeited and retained as part of the proceeds of the sale and applied first to the expenses of the sale, and any amount remaining shall be distributed in accor dance with the sequence directed in paragraph 17 of the Orderentered by the United States District Court in this action on March 13th, 2015, and the Property shall be reoffered for sale or be offered to the second highest bidder, who shall comply with theprovisions of paragraph 4.
5. The successful bidder will pay in addition to the amount of the bid, any documentary stamps and clerks registry fess as provided by law.
6. Upon receipt of the balance of the purchase price, and without objections to the confirmation of sale entered by the Court, the IRS shall execute and deliver a deed conveying the subject realproperty to the successful purchaser.

Revision to Noise Standards
The Loudoun County Department of Planning & Zoning is asking citizens and businesses to participate in a workshop about proposed revisions to the Noise Standards in the Zoning Ordinance and to provide their comments. The proposed revisions change the location from where sound is measured and adjust the permitted maximum sound levels. The proposed revisions will apply Countywide.
In 2014, the County hired a Noise Consultant to research and recommend revisions to the Zoning Ordinance. At the Outreach Session, the Consultant will provide an overview of his research and staff will outline recommended changes.

The meetings will be held on:
1. August 5 - 6:30 pm at Harmony Middle School
(38174 W Colonial Highway, Hamilton)
2. August 6 - 3:00 pm at Loudoun County Government Center
(Lovettsville Room, 1 Harrison Street, S.E., Leesburg, VA)
3. August 20 - 6:30 pm at Dulles South Multipurpose Center
(24950 Riding Center Drive, South Riding, VA)
For the convenience of those attending, three meetings are being held on different dates and locations. The subject matter will be identical.
