Republican women host Del. Rob Bell in Culpeper

The monthly meeting of the Founding Fathers Republican Women will be Oct. 15, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Parish Hall of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 115 N. Main St.

Public parking is in the rear of the church, off Commercial Street, near the Depot

Virginia Del. Rob Bell will speak about Question 1 on the November ballot which is an amendment to the Virginia Constitution on Eminent Domain. The amendment provides that private property can be taken only for public use, only with compensation to the owner and only in the amount necessary for public use.
